Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new firm can try Wakilis free for 15 days, with every feature switched on. You don't need to enter any payment details to start.
How do I pay for a subscription?
When your trial or plan is ending, choose a plan inside Wakilis and pay by M-Pesa. Your firm's access continues as soon as the payment goes through.
Can I control what each staff member sees?
Yes. Create roles such as Advocate, Clerk or Accountant and choose each role's access to matters, clients, billing, trust accounts and settings. The audit trail records who changed what.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Wakilis runs in a web browser, so you can use it from the office, from court or from home, with nothing to install or maintain.
Can I get my data out?
Yes. You can export clients, matters, fee notes, payments, expenses and the audit trail to CSV or Excel at any time.
Can Wakilis keep clients updated?
